The latest chapter 2 just came out actually, translated. Only 2 chapters so far though from what I've known. |

the whole first episode is compose of Sakuga scenes, they got a lot of budget to have that high quality of an animation... and looks like the story is an abstract one with full of random approach to the story and not the traditional/convential sequential approach to story telling... so inb4 a lot of people will hate this show because its hard to comprehend... this anime is looking like a real ART at work

The plot was quite messy and it didn't appear to have an actual sense of plot to follow yet but I'd speculate that the second episode will most likely be able to fill in most of the gaps that were created in the first episode. So I still cannot judge whether or not, the production of this anime was appealing or not to me. Nonetheless the PV created a high degree of expectations and these expectations were not met at all in the first episode, maybe the rest of the episodes will meet them eventually or not. Mind if I ask where you watched the first episode? =o I checked Viz Media's site, and I couldn't find anything. =L |

That's a completely natural reaction. It doesn't mean that its going to be yaoi or anything of the sort. Someone grabs you in such a manner, you're going to get embarrassed and blush just like he did. The budget for this show must be astronomical. Everything about this was beautiful. The only flaw in it was that it was too bright, not enough contrast to make the protagonist not look like a washed-out ghost. The music was great, the acting was good, and the animation was top-notch. The whole show from start to finish made me think of a high-budget American action movie. For watching it, go to Tokyotoshokan. |

Absolutely nothing was really explained, stuff just happened, and it looked awesome and all, but it was confusing At least after reading the description I've got a basic idea, but still.... Hope they'll give some more explanations on what's happening next episode, this series has some great potential. Well, we're sort of given hints instead of explanations for why stuff happened o_o. Spoiler Alert! Click to show or hide From the episode we can infer: -->The 'Kings' do not seem to be on friendly terms and that they've made some contract(?) with the swords in the sky in exchange for power. -->The 'peace' the white haired protag mentions is going to be broken soon. -->The 'Homra' organisation (from the beginning of the episode where they raid gang's hideout to the end) is looking to get possible revenge? on the 'seventh king' for killing someone close to them (ref. ending where blonde-haired Homra member hijacks the systems to show the guy holding a camera who is then shot). The 'seventh king' who shoots looks suspiciously like the main white-haired protagonist. Therefore, when they, 'Homra' see the main white-haired protag wandering the streets they chase him. 'Kuroh' intervenes and escapes with the white-haired protag but has his own motives to kill the protag as he believes the protag to be an 'evil king'. They'll probably get around to explaining how the powers work, why every other character seem to want to kill the white-haired protagonist and why the 'seventh king' looks so much like him/ is evil, along with introducing all the kings I guess. So lets sit back and watch' |

I just hope it isn't style over substance. We'll find out as the story progresses. A lot of little tidbit were thrown at us, but it will take time before they connect all the dots into a coherent picture. As for the cat... I'm thinking there will be a lot of doujinshi featuring her in the near future. |

I'm hooked on this as series now. Most curious about Neko though. Wonder what she is exactly. Can't be human to have been jumping around naked in front of teenage boys and not have them notice. Also, what a cliffhanger. Looking forward to next episode.
