I don't know if I am allowed to post or not...and this has probably been up hundreds of times now..but does anyone know when the app will be fixed or somewhere I can read about what's going on...I have the new Nexus tab and it keeps saying the version is to old...wtf it installed the new one a while ago...any news on the fix?

Keep in mind that if you hadn't mentioned Nexus, we wouldn't have a clue which app you were referring to, as your topic doesn't mention it.
