Well, looks okay to me. People in the comments are concerned with having to go to the immigration office, as it appears to be far away for people living in the countryside.

Isn't this a little old? It started in July...

At any rate--it's good. Finally, if I want to leave the country to visit my family or just travel I don't have to pay a set price so that my VISA doesn't get nullified once I leave the country. I'd say that's pretty nice.

It gives the impression that you're more like everyone else, only foreign, now. Love it.
