Good or bad? Isn't this a little old? It started in July... At any rate--it's good. Finally, if I want to leave the country to visit my family or just travel I don't have to pay a set price so that my VISA doesn't get nullified once I leave the country. I'd say that's pretty nice. It gives the impression that you're more like everyone else, only foreign, now. Love it.
