I like crunchyroll but seriously this is unacceptable, i essentially paid for nothing. On Oct 15 I responded to your email and asked you to run a series of tests and send me the results. I have not gotten a response to this. Since we apparently share the same problem, maybe I can help you running those tests instead. I really want to be able to watch shows on my iPad, rather than give up on the premium suscription. Just to confirm, you can not play -anything- on your iOS device? On my ipad 2, iOS 6.0, app version 2.03 the app crashes on startup every time. Have reinstalled it, restarted ipad, etc but it always does the same thing when I launch the app: It displays the crunchyroll logo on a white background before booting me back to the home screen.

Is anyone else having the problem where they watch an episode on the Ipad Crunchyroll app, but it does not show up in the history when logged into the website? It's like I haven't seen it according to the website, but I watch it on my Ipad. I am logged in on the the app, too, it displays my username...

Non-English users, if you are unable to watch the shows you need to change iOS language to English for now (is located in Preferences, General, International). It did solve my problems.
Let's hope Crunchyroll finds a solution soon |

Do you remember which episodes you were watching when this happened? It'll better help us fix this. |

2) OS version - 6.0.1 3) App version- 2.03 4) When I exit the app during an episode, it starts all over again when I re-open the app. |

I have a question. On my iphone 5, animes look so 360p-ish. I'm a premium member so would this be a bug or something?

Same problem here. Since I updated to ver. 2.0, app won't start. I'm on iPad 2 iOS 6.0 also. I've gone back using ver. 1.14 now |
