Best way to annoy somebody:
Show him/her this thread o.o.
Other ways to annoy someone:
If someone is talking loud, ask them to turn off the caps lock.
Act cute while picking your nose.
Pretend to excercise all the time, example, if you're in a conversation, do push ups or stretches your arms towards the "person you talk to's face.
Put a small piece of paper in an empty pen (take off the part that has the ink in it) then blow in it while aiming at someone's head.
My favorite way to annoy somebody:
Whisper them the color of the panties they're wearing today =D.
